Never recommend. I took Choi, Tina Wai-shan's "Creating Global Advantages" course in CUHK. In the first class, she said "someone hands me this class, and I did not prepare to teach you because I used to teach EMBA students." In later classes, she was reckless as she said and did not prepare the course at all. Also, Tina has an unqualified background to teach college students as she only has a bachelor's degree from CUHK years ago. She always advertised that she has worked as manager at multiple international firms. However, in fact, her average tenure is below 1.5 years and has switched 6 companies in 10 years, which proves that she is a bragger on her CV. More, she never makes comments on homework and always want group presentation (which save her time and make it easy to teach). Talking about contents, she is ignorant and always shows us cliche which is middle school level. In conclusion, she is a below-average instructor (not even a formal professor) and decreases my expectation of CU. It is a total waste of time to take her class unless you have nothing to do and want to listen to someone reading slides.
