Best aspects: The professor would often end each class with something for us to think about until the next one. He doesn’t just explain the concepts; he teaches the thought process behind them , how they were developed, where they came from, and why they work. This made the classes much more engaging and encouraged us to think beyond simply learning the material.
Could improve: The professor already teaches fairly good, but one of the areas he can improve is giving proper formal proofs in the class rather than an idea / rough proof, though he maybe doing it so that students can do the full formal proofs later as homework and ask doubts if they get any. He's very helpful and accessible in clearing doubts.
Advice: Be prepared to use your out of the box thinking skills more, since he regularly asks open research questions in his exams (that is why the exams are open book).
