Dr. Cardoza is not a good chair. judgemental, controlling, dismisses students, evil. jumps around from school to school like a gypsy. She dismissed 8 students from the nursing program 7 days before classes started without giving them their due process rights. called security on a student for no reason. she does not deserve the title of chair of nursing.
