Avoid him at all costs. He teaches using actual species that exist, but makes up things about them in order to teach a concept. He made up a bunch of things about how ammonites grow, none of which were factual. I had taken an ammonite class the previous semester, so I used the facts I knew on ammonites in my paper. He gave it a D, because I ignored his "fake facts." He ignores realties to support his own weird agenda. Not a good teacher.
