Please do not take this professor, she will destroy your GPA and class grade. Doesn't grade fairly, sometimes doesn't know what is talking about because she sometimes actually says she doesn't know what certain tax provision say. She requires that every student take a quiz at the beginning of every class over chapters that we are supposed to read before coming to class. She counts these for a grade and it isn't fair that students get penalized on the quiz if they had some misunderstandings or were confused even though they read the chapters, because income tax accounting can get confusing as it is a complex subject. I got a 90 on a project because "I didn't show work" for two of my answers, even when I explicitly did. Plus, she doesn't want to listen to what her students have to say. Overall, she is a horrible teacher and her class was the worst experience I ever had in my 3 years of college so far. Pathetic
