Dr. Morris's repeated failure to answer students' questions in class starkly contrasts the expected level of engagement. Her nonverbal communication, which is often off-putting, is not what I anticipated from a professor. The consistently untimely grading and lack of constructive feedback further disappoint me. The fact that she was chosen for the tenure track clearly indicates the University's standards, which are not in line with student expectations. This professor's teaching style is not suitable for a community college, let alone a graduate-level institution. I chose St. Mary's due to its esteemed reputation, which, unfortunately, is no longer reflective of the current situation.
