Best aspects: If you are majoring as a public health nurse. I believe this class would work good for you.
Could improve: To enhance student success, I recommended providing more concise and detailed assignments instructions. It often felt as though grading criteria shifted toward feedback provided after the initial submission, which impacted overall performance. Additionally, increasing communication and providing assignment prompts at least one to two weeks in advance would allow students to better manage the significant workload required for the "Final," essays. The required "Final," assignment required a minimum of 4 hours of focused work to complete.
Advice: Save instructions (print and or screenshot), get confirmation of assignments requirements in writing/email before submitting assignment, and clear your schedule during finals week, due to not being provided much lead time to start on assignments. If you are a student who thrives on organization and weeks in advance, planning, this professor style lacks flexibility for "finals"' week.
