Best aspects: None. Unfortunately all my experiences with this professor were very bad.

Could improve: Needs to focus on professional communication and mutual respect. Academic leadership should not be used as an excuse for poor interpersonal behavior or lack of empathy towards students.

Advice: Be prepared for a difficult and disrespectful atmosphere. In my experience, the level of unfairness and the tone of communication were completely unacceptable for a university environment.
