This was an amazing course and one-of-a-kind too, especially in law school. The discussions we used to have in class certainly helped me gain perspective about my legal knowledge and training. I wish more people would experiment like this!

One of the rare teachers at an NLU who has very good command over financial and corporate law. He is extremely patient with students and never fails to answer a single question in or outside class. I was not very sure whether I would like his subject, but after the semester was over, I realised he has managed to successfully cultivate my interest in it, by focusing on basics and real world matters, rather than simply theory. Very helpful regarding student activities too, his suggestions helped me a ton during moots and internships.
